Portraits

At Christmas, Jonathan got a Groupon in his stocking for a portraits session.  Well, it expires tomorrow and life has been so busy lately that we hadn't had a chance to go as a family, so I took Emma and Jonathan to get sibling pictures!  Normally you pick out a few shots and get prints, but I could NOT narrow it down, so I just bought the digital rights.  I loved them all!!!

  

  

  

  

  

 

Spring break break

Phew, Jonathan is worn OUT from having Sissy home on spring break this week!  He is zonked out after a fun morning :)

Goofy pics

We recently discovered goofy pictures on the app Snapchat.  I had seen all sorts of funny animal pictures, etc. that others were posting on Facebook so I wanted to check it out.  So we've been having fun!

I snapped a few pictures after his bath today, and one looked like he's taking his own picture  😃

I had to snap a picture of Zoe.  She comes in to Jonathan's room whenever I am in there and stays by my feet.  She did the same thing when Emma was little!!

I was excited to see this outfit in a bag of clothes from a friend!  I knew Emma would love it too, and she does :)

Jonathan loves playing peek-a-boo, and it really gets him talking!  I had Emma filmed while I played with him, because when I try to film he just stares at the camera and stops talking!

A little video of Jonathan waking up.  If he wakes up at night, he's crying because he's hungry.  But when he wakes up in the morning he's super smiley and happy!

Burpy book baby

Jonathan has an affinity for his burp cloths.  He loves to chew on them and hold them - they are just like a lovey security blanket for him!

We like to read the Disney Baby books.  These are from back when my niece Miranda was a baby - 20 years ago!!

Go wild!

Last night Ed and Emma were busy building a new toy for Jonathan.  A "Go Wild" jumperoo!  We thought he was getting close to using a toy like this.   

This morning Emma put him in it and he seemed to like the bouncy motion.  He's still a little small/wobbly for it, so we have to prop him in there with a blanket!

 

 

 
Tonight we went to Ed's alma mater for a donkey basketball game.  Yep, the players ride donkeys around the gym while trying to shoot hoops!  It was a lot of fun, and may become a tradition!  One donkey came over and tried to drink a lady's coffee!

There have been a lot of rainy days lately, but the sun does come out once in awhile! 

We try to walk (with Zoe, much to her delight!) to pick Emma up from school if it looks like it will be dry for at least an hour.  So, it requires a combo of a sun hat and a warm blanket because it's still quite cold out!  Ah, spring time in the Pacific Northwest :)

Later on, Jonathan woke up from his nap all the way at the top of his crib!  He is quite the scooter, but he was not too happy about it...

3 months old!

This morning he was wearing some OSU Beavers jammies, and Emma wanted me to take a picture of him to send to her teacher - an alum!  Emma added her Beavers hat and voila, beaver baby!

Lego Sunday

This afternoon we went to the Lego Bricks Cascade convention.  It's mostly a collection of models built by Lego fans!  Here's Emma with a Minecraft creeper and pig.
