Emma is already starting to make her Christmas wish list! A few days ago she had the BiMart ad out, and was fascinated by the leaf blower! She was lying on the ground (like this picture) and pointing to it. Then she brought the paper over to Ed and pointed to it again! Yesterday a Hobbytown catalog came in the mail, and she enjoyed reading that as well. She choo-chooed at the trains, and got excited by the remote control cars and airplanes/helicopters! Here she is with the catalog pointing at some zoo animals that she liked.

Today we had a pediatric development/occupational therapist appointment at the hospital. This could be our last one, unless we want to go back when she turns three. The doctor said that is up to us! Emma weighed in at 25 pounds, 5 ounces. Emma played well with the O.T. while the doctor asked me questions. The doctor really wants us to reconsider getting her speech therapy. We are having a hard time with this one because of the different things we've been told, so we'll have to figure out where to go from here!

I didn't snap any photos in the room, but as we walked back to the car Emma got up on the bench to excitedly see the tractors below! (They are building a new children's hospital tower!)
